Chicken bacon ranch stuffed poblanos

Ingredients:
6 poblano peppers
3 lbs chicken breasts
1/2 lb bacon diced and browned
1 block cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 packet of ranch seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat grill to high heat on one side and medium heat on the other.
Butterfly and tenderize chicken breasts. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste with garlic salt, pepper, and paprika.
Wash poblanos and remove stickers. Bring to grill and place on high heat side.
Place chicken on medium heat side of grill.
Continue to cook poblanos and chicken until the poblanos are charred and the chicken is atleast 165 degrees F internal. This will take about 15-20 minutes.
Remove poblanos and place in a bowl and cover with foil. Leave in bowl while you dice chicken.
Remove chicken from grill and dice.
Combine chicken in a mixing bowl with cooked and diced bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine.
Peel skin off of poblanos and slice open. Stuff poblanos with chicken mixture and leave on small cookie sheet.
Bring back out to grill. Place cookie sheet on grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
